LEGO Ideas: Disneyland Microscale

Disneyland Microscale

Disneyland is a place for all ages and so is this amazing LEGO project.

Creator Carlierti created this LEGO Ideas project, Disneyland Microscale, to give a unique set on a favorite travel destination.

In the past, we have covered various LEGO Ideas projects, like the Dungeon Master Game to Andy’ s room from Toy Story. Up until now we have not found an interesting microscale project.

This one has changed our mind.

The creator decided to gives fans of Disney the 13 most famous attractions from Disneyland and allow the creators to place what they wish. The set will consist of roughly 700 pieces and will have the following attractions.

Disneyland Park

  • Disney Castle, 81 pieces
  • Space Mountain, 24 pieces
  • Big Thunder Mountain, 97 pieces
  • It’s a small world, 71 pieces
  • Haunted Mansion,48 pieces
  • Autopia, 39 pieces
  • Jungle Cruise, 67 pieces
  • Matterhorn Bobsleds, 36 pieces

Disneyland Studio

  • The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, 56 pieces
  • Fantasmic, 58 pieces
  • The Magic Of Disney Animation, 49 pieces
  • Hollywood Studios, 19 pieces
  • Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster, 31 pieces

As an added bonus, the set come with five microfigures; Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, Daisy Duck, & Goofy.

Here are some images for the individual pieces of the Disneyland Microscale project.

Overall, we like the feel of this LEGO set. While it has minimal detail due to the size, there is enough there to let you know exactly what it is.

We could see this being the perfect gift for someone’s first visit or perhaps on a desk at work.  The creator did a good job of keeping it balanced.

Now there might be some licensing issues if this project gets approved, but that is something for both sides to work out.

Make sure to head over to their LEGO Ideas project link and show your support. At the time of this article, the project has 5,882 supporters with 45 days left.
