2015 Movies: We Can’t Wait to See

Every year there are a handful of movies that we view as ones we can’t wait to see on the big screens rather than wait for it to come to DVD.

We all look forĀ  for something different from the movies. Maybe it is the depth of the characters or the storyline weaved across the screen which pulls us in and makes it mean something to us.

Either way, there is something special about them.

Power Boy, Magnificent Mom, and I wanted to share a few of those movies we can’t wait to see in 2015.

The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge out of Water (Feb 6, 2015)
If you saw the last SpongeBob movie, then this one is a no brainer. If not, then maybe you should take some time and check it out. The writers did a good job mixing in kid and adult humor. We expect more of the same with this new one.

Avengers 2 – Age of Ultron (May 1, 2015)
We have been waiting to see this movie since the first one ended. Then they had to go and show us glimpses of Hulk going toe to toe with the Hulkbuster. We already have the day planned and you can expect us to be there to catch the first showing of the day.

Jurassic World (June 12, 2015)
Every year we have heard there is suppose to be a new Jurassic Park movie and now we are finally getting one. We hope it is more like the first movie than the last two in the franchise. Even though they show a shark being served up on a platter, we are excited to see dinos on the big screen.

Inside Out (June 19, 2015)
Pixar has had more hits than duds and there is no reason to expect this to be the latter. It takes them out of their comfort zone and from the looks of the trailer, this should be served up as another hit in their vault.

Ant-Man (July 17, 2015)
When we first heard about this movie, we must saw we were on the fence about seeing it when it first came out. After what we saw Marvel do with Guardians of the Galaxy and the newest trailer for this movie, we are fully on board.

Spectre (November 6, 2015)
James Bond movies have been getting better and better over the years and Daniel Craig has settled in to the role nicely. We should expect some awesome actions scenes and I am eager to see how they hand the second running of Spectre.

Star Wars: The Force Awakens (December 18, 2015)
This movie has a lot riding on it, to bring back the Force and help us forget the prequels that cause us nightmares. We do think it is going to deliver and yes we love the look of the Sith’s lightsaber.
