Best and Worst of 2015

Time to share our best and worst of 2015 when it comes to movies, video games, and WWE.

Before we get to our list, let’s discuss the criteria we used in the decision making process. Aside from being released in 2015 or taking place, we had to personally purchase the item or view it ourselves.

So there could very well be better games or movies out there, but if we didn’t play it or view it, it will not make our list. On with our selections for best and worst of 2015.

Best Movie Avengers 2: Age of Ultron

This category was a tough one.We had a handful of movies up for this top spot, including Star Wars: The Force Awake and Spectre, along with Avengers 2. The Marvel juggernaut earned the victory with a slight edge.

Worst Movie Pixels

Overall this movie was okay. There were some bright spots with it, but the stinkers were greater in number. Also, we could not find another movie we saw in 2015 to compete for this category.

Best Video Game Besiege

This game we picked up on Steam still provides hours of enjoyment as we craft our siege weapons to take down the opposing tower. They earned the big edge because you could create endless combinations.

Worst Video Game Skylanders SuperChargers

Just like Pixels, this game was okay but there was not enough there to keep it out of the worst category. We had hoped there would be more for this fifth Skylanders game, but they were dashed thanks to a low number of characters and too many slowdowns in the gameplay.

Best WWE Moment The New Day Celebration

There are not enough words to describe it, so here is a gif we found.

Worst WWE Moment The top spot here is for Brock Lesnar and the Undertaker at SummerSlam. The second of three matches was spoiled by the bizarre missed tap out and ended with Lesnar giving the bird to Undertaker before he passed out.
