Diamond Select is releasing some hot new items from Batman the Animated Series and right now they look like a must have for any collector.
Even though Batman the Animated Series has been off the air since 1995, this show has always held a special place in the hearts of its fans.
To pay tribute to the Dark Knight with his cadre of villains that appeared to be never ending, Diamond Select decided to give us something to keep those fires burning.
The first item we are going to take a look at is the Batman 9″ PVC figure.
They capture the essence of Batman as he moving along the rooftops and preparing to toss a Batarang.
The figure is in scale with the previously released Femme Fatales PVC figures of Batgirl and Catwoman.
The expected retail price is $45.00.
The second item being released by Diamond Select is a 12″ resin statue which depicts Poison Ivy, holding a poisonous pumpkin, while standing in a Gotham City pumpkin patch.
The image of Poison Ivy is captured from the Batman Animated Series episode “Almost Got ‘Im”, which is something every villain can say.
This item will be limited to 3,000 and will feature a suggested retail price of $150.00
