First Look: LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2

LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2

Another upcoming video game release has caught out attention and we had to share our thoughts.

LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 is slated for release this Fall and at first glance, this video game is going to be better than the last.

If you are were not sure, we are big fans of Marvel and the LEGO style games. Sure they are not complex games or an intense fighter like Marvel vs Capcom but they provide enough content and unique character to keep you involved.

This follow-up game centers around a cosmic battle across a myriad of Marvel locations ripped from time and space into the incredible open hub world of Chronopolis. The main villain of the game is Kang the Conqueror and features to be a handful for the heroes.

Here is a video trailer which will easily get you excited for LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2.

We are excited for this game based on the size of the roster available. Most of the same characters are back from the previous LEGO game, but they added some new ones. We also love the addition of Patrick Stewart as the voice of Kang.

LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2The suggested retail price is going to be $59.99 and but if you want to pick up the Deluxe Edition, then it will cost $74.99. You will get the following;

  • LEGO® Marvel Super Heroes 2 Game
  • Season Pass
  • Early access to the Classic Guardians of the Galaxy Character Pack
  • Exclusive Giant-Man LEGO® Minifigure

You can be sure we are picking up the basic version but are tempted by the Deluxe edition. The biggest bonus we see is the season pass which is going to give us access to more characters earlier on. This way we can spent time playing the game rather than grinding to unlock all of the characters.

Are you going to pick up LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 when it hits the shelves in November?
