The other day, Power Boy asked about what kind of video games I played as a kid. Right away it brought back memories of Intellivision, the game with the awkward controller that included a disc pad for movement and plastic inlays to cover the number pad.
To say he was confused would be an understatement. So I decided to search YouTube for any footage of the game console and found this commercial spot for Intellivision and how it blew away what everyone had seen up until this time with Atari.
It is hard to believe these graphics and game play were a big deal back then. Still glad to be at the forefront of the gaming revolution though.
