When we were searching LEGO Ideas for new projects to lend our support to, we came across I Am Your Father by szabomate90.
Before we go on to discuss the project, wipe away any previous thoughts you may have about current Star Wars product in the LEGO universe. Yes we know there is an overload in some areas, but you can be sure, this is not one of them.
The set comes to us from Empires Strikes Back where Luke Skywalker confronts Darth Vader. It is based in Cloud City where Father and Son battle it out.
The set contains 1,482 bricks and comes with mini-figures Darth Vader and Luke Skywalker. It will allow you to create one of the most iconic scenes.
Szabomate90 did an amazing job with the detail in setting up the environment and made sure not to overload the set with too many frivolous things. We think he definitely went in the right direction to make a set focused on the scene.
