The Toy Story franchise holds a special place in the heart for a lot of people and this LEGO Ideas set is a perfect way to recapture the magic of it.
The adventures of Buzz Lightyear and Woody took them new places, but they always came back to the one special place, Andy’s room.
Creator iest_ntfc decided to give fans a LEGO Ideas project worthy of the movie.
Sure we have seen some amazing project, like Godzilla or Voltron but for some reason we have not seen a Toy Story set which truly captured the attention of the movie.
This one based on Andy’s Room does it in a simple set. By using a standard LEGO elements mixed in with custom pieces, they created a solid replication of the room where things began. We loved the attention to detail from the comforter cover to the sign on the door.
The set would include the following characters;
- Buzz Lightyear
- Woody
- Ham
- Rex
- Mr. Potato Head
- RC

We have to say that we love this set and definitely supported it. The set does not seem overly complicated but there is enough detail to keep our interest.
The only thing we would love to see added is the Penguin, but that is more so for Magnificent Mom.
