The Mezco Toyz Creepshow Father’s Day is the perfect reminder how a collectible from a cult classic can hit the nail on the head.
We do enjoy when Mezco drifts into the darker side of things, and this is no exception.
In this terrifying tale from the cult classic anthology series ‘Creepshow’, a demented old man returns from the grave demanding the Father’s Day cake his sinister daughter never gave him.
LDD Presents Creepshow: Father’s Day stands 10” tall and features 5 points of articulation. He is packaged in a window box, perfect for display.
Overall, this is a decent homage to the Creeepshow anthology. There is enough detail to bring the collectible to life, but not enough to make it feel super realistic. Based their asking price, this works perfect.
The only downside is if there would have been a way to have the candles light up.
