The upcoming movie is going to bring new Kaiju collectibles and this is the perfect start.
Godzilla: King of Monsters is coming out later this year, making this the perfect time for the MonsterArts King Ghidorah to capture our attention.
We always loved the Godzilla creations by NECA, which meant we were going to check this line out. Even more so since King Ghidorah is one of JG13 Gamer’s favorite.
There are a few key things we wanted to focus on with this collectible.
- 9.84 inches with a 23.60 inches wingspan
- Sculpted by Wakasa Shinichi
- Boasts an innovative jointing system to help with positioning.

We love what MonsterArts did with the creation of King Ghidorah.
They did a great job capturing the essence of the titan. The addition of the stand is perfect to help display King Ghidorah in flight. The collectible feels bigger than it actually is.
The only downside we see is the height of the figure. We would have preferred to see it with an extra three inches added to it’s height.
