Time to go down the Sonic rabbit hole.
Time for the Sonic 3 Villains and Plot we discussed that we would like to see in the next movie.
With the success of Sonic 2, we know there was no doubt a third one would be on the way, But there is a lot that can be drawn on from the vast Sonic history.
Here are a few things we would like to see.
We are thrilled to hear the voice actors are back for Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles. They meshed well in the recent movie and it should be interesting to see how things continue. Though eventually Tom and Maddie are going to have their hands full taking care of them.
The plot for the movie is unknown but based on what we have seen, it looks like the Guardians Units of Nations is going to be a focus. Perhaps they try another method to get Sonic under their control.
This leads us to the potential villain of Shadow the Hedgehog. We sort of like the direction this may head, but it could leave to potential problems. We hope they don’t decide to cram in another one, like Metal Sonic. This would muddle the story and take away some of their impact.
Another question revolves around Dr. Robotnik. here have been rumors Jim Carrey is done with the role. If that is the case, then we highly doubt we will see the character back. There is no sense in recasting a role by Carrey, who filled it brilliantly.
Now if he does go, we might see a chance for Agent Stone to step up into the primary villain role. This could be interesting.
