Triple Threats Matche and more.
The road to Wrestemania is picking up steam with the WWE Fastlane occurring this weekend, which means time for our predictions.
We know the creative minds at WWE are trying to get people excited for this PPV but it is something of a waste since they are busy trying to get their ducks in a row for Wrestlemania. The injuries have not helped them either.
Despite the lack of buzz around the WWE Fastlane 2016, there are a few matches which should be solid. On to the predictions.
Chris Jericho vs. AJ Styles The rubber match between the old veteran and the rookie should be an entertaining one. Styles should come away with a clean win to end the series.
Sasha Banks / Becky Lynch vs. Tamina / Nasomi The Divas tag team match is going to be mediocre at best and Lynch / Banks should come away with a solid win.
Kalisto vs. Alberto Del Rio This match will feature a two out of three falls for the right to carry the U.S. Championship belt. Kalisto has been entertaining in this match but we do not see the WWE moving away from Del Rio.
Charlotte vs. Brie Bella The Divas title is on the line in this pairing. The problem with this is it feels pushed on the WWE Universe so they can plan a Triple Threat for Wrestlemania. Sorry Brie, there is no way you are going home with the title.
Kevin Owens vs. Dolph Ziggler This has the makings of being one of the better matches of the night, even though the outcome is a done deal. There is no way they are going to take the title away from Owens in just over a week.
Romain Reigns vs. Brock Lesnar vs Dean Ambrose The main event of the PPV will be a Triple Threat Match for the chance to go against Triple H at the upcoming Wrestlemania. Just like the previous fight, this should be a decent drag out fight but we do not see a scenario where Reigns does not win.
